The onboarding journey
48 steps across 5 phases, from five days before you start to the probation decision at day 90. This is not a version written for this app: it is ORIGIN's onboarding process as the ORIGIN Brain register holds it, and every step below names the row it came from.
HR 19, Hiring Manager 17, IT 7, New joiner 4, Marketing 1. Nothing is owned by everybody, which is how a step goes missing and a joiner reaches day 10 without a laptop.
The acts and their quizzes sit in the first week, because they are the vocabulary for everything after. The 90 day plan is drafted at day 10, presented at 12 and locked at 14. The exam is day 25, before the reviews that read it.
Steps are scoped by contract type in the register, and this page hides the ones that do not apply to you. One journey, filtered, rather than two that drift apart.

Register tab 16 row 65, V141Three places where the register and this app disagree
Surfaced rather than quietly fixed. The register governs, so nothing below has been applied to it.
- Five acts or six. The register describes the Academy as five acts. There are six here, with Act 06 on how ORIGIN runs proposed and not yet ruled on.
- Every quiz by day 5. The register puts all Academy quizzes at day 5. That is about five hours of reading and six quizzes inside the first week, on top of orientation. Worth a second look at whether Acts 05 and 06 belong in week two.
- The exam bank. The register says the bank grows to 50 questions. The exam now draws 50 questions from a bank of 100, and the per act quiz banks hold 40 each, so that line is out of date rather than wrong.
