THE ORIGIN VALUE PROPOSITION
This is our locked-in value proposition. Every pitch, every conversation, every proposal should be rooted in this:
ORIGIN VALUE PROPOSITION
We architect growth. We help mature Real Estate, ICT, and Government Organizations in KSA and UAE architect and realize their growth by delivering a unique blend of strategy, visual communication and tech enablement. Unlike legacy consultants who strategize and leave, or agencies who execute without industry expertise, we operate as your growth partner: we audit, fix and grow your house through our proven and established regional track record with clients such as Accenture, NHC, PIF, Dar wa Emaar, CBRE, Mohamed Alabbar, STC Group, IoT Squared, Center3, Central Bank of UAE, Abu Dhabi Department of Finance, Saudi Ministry of Culture, SDAIA, Saudi MHRSD, SCAI, and others. Through the ORIGIN House Framework, entrepreneurial mindset, and hybrid subject matter experts, we strategize the master plan, we fix the core systems (brand, tech, CRM, operations), we grow and govern your execution partners, and transfer knowledge to your team.
BEFORE THE PITCH: TRANSFORMATION OR SERVICE?
Before pitching, we need to know which route the prospect needs. This determines the pitch structure, the engagement model, and the proposal approach.
Transformation Route
The client needs the full AUDIT → FIX → GROW cycle. Multiple interconnected problems. Strategy + Brand + Technology. Engagement model: Build & Operate or BOT.
Signals:
- They describe multiple problems (brand + digital + CRM + marketing all broken)
- They’re corporatizing, preparing for IPO, or undergoing major restructure
- They have no internal marketing/growth function (or it’s broken)
- They want business outcomes, not a specific deliverable
- Their budget signals Growth Tier ($60K+)
Service Route
The client needs a specific deliverable or service stream. Bounded scope, shorter timeline. Engagement model: Build or Build & Guard.
Signals:
- They say “I need a website” or “I need a brand strategy” or “I need a mobile app”
- They have an existing agency but need strategic direction
- Budget is project-specific, not open-ended
- Clear scope, clear deliverable, clear exit
KEY INSIGHT
Most Service engagements reveal Transformation needs. A website project uncovers a brand problem. A brand project exposes a CRM gap. The pitch should always probe for the bigger picture — but position based on what the client is ready for today. Service gets the foot in the door. Transformation is the relationship.
THE ELEVATOR PITCHES
Three versions. Same DNA. Different contexts. Memorize all three. Adapt “based in [country]” to the team member’s local market (KSA, UAE, Bahrain).
30-Second Pitch
Use at: events, networking, casual introductions.
SCRIPT
ORIGIN is a brand transformation house based in [KSA/UAE]. The only brand transformation house in Saudi. We integrate strategy, visual communication, and technology under one roof — so organizations going through transformation don’t have to hire three separate vendors and hope they align. We’ve worked with NHC, Accenture, BCG, PIF, and over 138 clients across real estate, government, and technology. We don’t just build brands — we architect growth.
60-Second Pitch
Use at: warm introductions, conference conversations, LinkedIn calls.
SCRIPT
Most organizations attempting transformation hire three separate vendors — a consultant for strategy, an agency for brand, and a tech firm for platforms. The consultant leaves after delivering a deck. The agency interprets the strategy incorrectly. The tech firm builds something disconnected from the brand. The client becomes project manager. Strategy sits on a shelf. 60 to 70 percent of transformation initiatives fail to deliver ROI. That’s the execution gap. ORIGIN closes it. We integrate strategy, visual communication, and technology under one governance framework with subject matter experts who activate what they build. We’ve transformed NHC’s brand ecosystem, delivered for Accenture and BCG across the region, and work with real estate developers from Dar wa Emaar to CBRE. If your organization is going through transformation and the old playbook isn’t working — that’s exactly where we operate.
2-Minute Pitch
Use at: scheduled meetings, pitch presentations, RFP discussions.
SCRIPT
Let me tell you why we exist. The market for brand transformation is fragmented. If you’re a real estate developer preparing for investor scrutiny, or a government entity executing a national mandate, you’re forced to hire a consultant like McKinsey for strategy, an agency like Landor for brand, and a tech firm like Accenture Interactive for platforms. Total investment: 1.2 to 4.5 million dollars. Timeline: 36 to 52 weeks. Failure rate: 60 to 70 percent. Why? Because nobody owns the end-to-end outcome. The consultant delivers a brilliant deck and leaves. The agency creates beautiful work that doesn’t align. The tech firm builds a platform disconnected from the brand. ORIGIN eliminates this. We are a brand transformation house that integrates strategy, visual communication, and technology under one roof, governed by a 3-level framework that ensures strategy translates into execution. We don’t leave after the deck. We stay — through AUDIT, FIX, and GROW. We deploy subject matter experts. We activate what we build. The results: NHC’s brand ecosystem transformed with 33 percent positive sentiment uplift. Dar wa Emaar’s complete brand architecture rebuilt. Preferred execution partner for Accenture and BCG. And here’s what makes us unique in real estate specifically: there is no dedicated real estate transformation house in Saudi Arabia with local experience. Agencies do logos. Tech firms do websites. Consultants do decks. Nobody integrates all three for the real estate value chain. We do. That’s ORIGIN. We architect growth.
THE DISCOVERY OPENER
The first 60 seconds determine whether the prospect sees ORIGIN as a transformation partner or another agency. Lead with the cause for change, not what ORIGIN does.
The Framework: Cause for Change → Question → Listen
Never lead with what ORIGIN does. Lead with the cause for change the prospect is likely facing. Then ask a question that lets them confirm the pain.
OPENER — REAL ESTATE
Most real estate developers we talk to are in one of two situations: either they’re scaling fast and their brand hasn’t kept up with their portfolio, or they’re preparing for a major transition — investor readiness, corporate restructure, portfolio expansion — and realize their marketing infrastructure can’t support the next stage of growth. Which of those sounds closer to where you are?
OPENER — PUBLIC SECTOR
Government entities we work with often face a specific challenge: they have a national mandate and a clear strategic vision, but translating that into consistent communication across multiple initiatives, partners, and regions proves harder than expected. How are you currently managing that alignment?
OPENER — ICT
Tech companies we partner with often tell us the same thing: the product is strong, but the market doesn’t get it yet. The brand doesn’t signal the credibility the technology deserves, and marketing isn’t converting technical capability into pipeline. Is that a tension you’re feeling?
OPENER — CONSULTANCY
When we work with consultancies, it’s usually because you’ve delivered an excellent strategy to a client and now need a partner who can execute it with full strategic fidelity — brand, digital, technology — without losing the intent. Is that the kind of partnership you’re exploring?
NEVER DO THIS
Never open with: “Hi, we’re ORIGIN, we do strategy, brand, and technology.” That’s agency language. It positions us as a vendor listing services. The prospect tunes out in 5 seconds. Always lead with their world, not ours.
THE FULL PITCH STRUCTURE
When you have 15–30 minutes to present ORIGIN, follow this structure. Every section has a purpose.
01 · The Cause for Change (3–4 minutes)
Start with WHY this conversation is happening. There are two types of causes for change — identify which one applies:
Burning Platform (Firefighting Client):
Something is broken NOW. The client is reacting to a problem that’s costing them revenue, market share, or credibility. Urgency is external and immediate.
EXAMPLE
Your sales galleries are launching but your digital presence hasn’t been updated in three years. Brokers are sending prospects to your website and they’re bouncing. Your competitors just rebranded and are capturing the premium segment you built. Every month without action is revenue left on the table.
Cause for Change (Ambitious Client):
Nothing is “on fire,” but the client sees where the market is going and wants to position ahead of it. Urgency is strategic and self-imposed.
EXAMPLE
The Saudi real estate market is corporatizing. Family businesses are becoming institutional-grade companies. The ones who build brand infrastructure now will dominate the next phase of institutional growth. The ones who wait will be commoditized. You’re at that inflection point.
Both are valid. The key is to make the prospect feel the cost of inaction — whether that’s a fire they’re fighting or a window they’re about to miss.
Where does market opportunity fit? Market opportunity is a Cause for Change, not a Burning Platform. When a prospect sees a Vision 2030 wave, an IPO window, or a new market opening, the urgency is strategic and self-imposed — they want to capture the opportunity before competitors do. The Execution Gap then explains why they can’t capture it alone. Use “Burning Platform” for firefighting clients and “Cause for Change” for ambitious clients — both create urgency, one is reactive, the other is proactive.
02 · The Execution Gap (2–3 minutes)
Name the structural barrier. This is not about the client’s failure — it’s about the market’s failure to provide an integrated solution.
EXAMPLE
To solve this, most organizations end up hiring three separate vendors: a consultant like McKinsey for the strategy, an agency like Landor for the brand, and a tech firm for the digital platform. Total cost: 1.2 to 4.5 million dollars. Timeline: 36 to 52 weeks. And the failure rate? 60 to 70 percent. Not because any single vendor is bad — but because nobody owns the full outcome. The consultant leaves. The agency interprets. The tech firm builds in isolation. Strategy sits on a shelf. That’s the execution gap.
This positions ORIGIN’s existence as the answer to a structural market failure — not as a sales pitch.
03 · ORIGIN’s Position (3 minutes)
Bridge directly from the gap to the value proposition:
SCRIPT
ORIGIN closes this gap. We architect growth by integrating strategy, visual communication, and technology under one roof. Unlike legacy consultants who strategize and leave, or agencies who execute without industry expertise, we operate as your growth partner. We audit, fix, and grow your house. Through the ORIGIN House Framework, subject matter experts, and a proven regional track record with NHC, Accenture, BCG, PIF, Dar wa Emaar, and others — we strategize the master plan, fix the core systems, grow and govern your execution partners, and transfer knowledge to your team.
04 · The Framework (3 minutes)
AUDIT → FIX → GROW. Walk through each phase. Show the 3-level governance. Demonstrate operational maturity. Adapt depth based on whether this is a Transformation or Service conversation.
05 · Proof (5 minutes)
Case studies relevant to their ICP. NHC (33% sentiment uplift, 37% faster response) for government/real estate. Dar wa Emaar (complete brand architecture) for developers. Accenture/BCG partnerships for consultancy credibility. JEC (immersive digital platform) for tech/digital. Adapt to the prospect’s specific situation.
06 · The Right Model (3 minutes)
Based on what you’ve heard in discovery, recommend the engagement model. If Transformation: Build & Operate or BOT. If Service: Build or Build & Guard. Explain why this model fits their situation. Show you’ve listened.
07 · Next Steps (2 minutes)
Propose a clear next action: diagnostic workshop, scoping session, or proposal timeline. Never end with “we’ll send you something.” End with a calendar commitment.
WHAT TO NEVER SAY
Language matters. These phrases position ORIGIN as an agency, not a transformation house:
- “We’re a full-service agency” — We are not an agency. We are a brand transformation house.
- “We do everything” — We integrate strategy, visual communication, and technology for organizations in transformation. That’s specific, not everything.
- “Here’s our rate card” — We don’t sell hours. We sell outcomes and transformation programs.
- “Let me show you our portfolio” — Lead with their cause for change, not our work. Case studies come after they see themselves in the story.
- “We can do that for cheaper” — We never compete on price. We compete on integration, governance, and outcomes.
- “We’ll figure out the scope later” — Ambiguity kills deals. Always propose a clear next step with defined parameters.
- Feature-dumping — Listing every service ORIGIN offers without connecting it to the prospect’s specific cause for change. Nobody cares about our capabilities until they see how it solves their pain.
THE RULE
Every sentence in a pitch should either describe the prospect’s cause for change, explain how ORIGIN solves it, or prove we’ve done it before. If a sentence doesn’t do one of these three things, cut it.
